Felsberg Exhaust rubbing on frame.

Hello i recently bought a Brixton Felsberg and i noticed the exhaust is rubbing on the frame, i loosen the bolts to try to move it but it didnt work.
Is this normal?

Please make more photos, i can‘t See your problem, ist looks like your engine is‘nt build straight in the frame?

Und was reibt da jetzt ? der Krümmer ist bei mir auch sehr nahe am Rahmen da bei der Aussparung...Luft ist da ehr wenig.
Denke du meinst das oder?

@kayburn here is a picture of the engine and a better look at the manifold, the engine seems to be in place.
@Hobbyschrauber i loosen the exhaust and pushed it a little bit to the side and a bit of paint from the frame is already rubbing off, so there is direct contact with it, i fear it could start rust.
